No. Dbmovies imports the information of each title (synopsis, images, cast, ratings) from TMDb and IMDb data. It does not include, host or stream any video. You add your own video sources and you are responsible for having the rights to publish them. ### Do I need the Wovie theme? Dbmovies manages the catalog, links, accounts and payments, and the theme shows them to your visitors. [Wovie](https://doothemes.com/items/wovie) is built for Dbmovies and uses all its features, so it is the recommended way to launch. Other themes can show the catalog as regular WordPress content, but the player, accounts and memberships need a compatible theme. ### Do I need a TMDb API key? Yes. It is free: create an account at [themoviedb.org](https://themoviedb.org) and request an API key. If your server cannot reach TMDb, turn on the built-in proxy in the settings (it needs an active license). ### What are the API requests per day? Some features use the Doothemes server: IMDb ratings for each movie or TV show you import or update, the optional TMDb proxy, and license checks. Your license includes that number of requests per day, and the count resets every day. Requests to TMDb with your own API key do not count, and episodes do not use IMDb requests. The importer shows how many you have used today. ### What happens when my license expires? Your site and everything you imported keep working. Importing new titles, the background tasks (Automatic episodes and the Meta Updater), IMDb data, plugin updates and changes to the plugin settings need an active license, so they stop until you renew. Renewals have a discount. ### Can I move my license to another domain? Yes. Deactivate the license in Dbmovies › Updates on the old site and activate it on the new one. Each license works on the number of sites of its plan at the same time. ### Which payment methods can my members use? Automatic recurring billing works with PayPal. You can also activate memberships by hand for payments you receive any other way, such as a bank transfer, and Dbmovies tracks them in the same Payments screen. ### Which languages does it support? English and Spanish are included. Dbmovies is translation-ready, so you can translate it to any language with tools such as Loco Translate or Poedit. ### What hosting do I need?
