# Countries

> Countries group your movies and TV shows by production country. This page explains how the country is imported and how to configure the address of the country pages.

## Overview

Countries group your movies and TV shows by the country where they were produced, so your visitors can browse, for example, all your Korean or Spanish titles.

You find **Countries** in the **Movies** and **TV Shows** menus.

## How the country is imported

When you import a title, Dbmovies adds its **main production country** from TMDb, if **Countries** is checked in **Dbmovies › Settings › Data Importer › Initial settings › Taxonomies**.

- **One country per title.** A title produced in several countries gets only the first one, its main country.
- **Name.** Country names come from TMDb as they are, and each country is created only once.

To add more countries to a title, check them in its editor.

## Permalink

You choose the word before the country in **Settings › Permalinks**, section **Dbmovies: Taxonomies**, field **Taxonomy: Countries**. The default is `country`:

Changing the word changes the address of every country page. Choose it before you open your site.
